THIS NOTIC$ OF FUTURE ADVANCE, (the "Notice") made as of
the 16th day of December, 1985~ by and between

corporation, 4075 Virginia Drive. P. O. Box
1749, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33454 (hereinafter :
referred to as the "Mortgagor")
and
SUN BANR, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national
banking association, 200 South Orange Avenue,
Post Office Box 3833, Orlando, Florida 32897
(hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagee") .

loan made to the Mortgagor by the Mortgagee, the Mortgagor
executed and delivered to the Mortgagee its promissory note (the
"First Becker Note') dated February 13, 1984 in the face amount

s about February 13, 1984, the Mortgagor executed and delivered to
Mortg agee in triplicate a certain Mortgag e and Security Agreement

recorded in triplicate in the Public Records of Indian River,

Inc., on or about September 30, 1985, the Mortg agor and the
Mortgagee entered into a certain Mortgage Modification Agreement
(the "Mortgage Modification Agreement") in triplicate each dated
September 30, 1985 for the purpose of having the Mortgage secure
said additional loans and advances, and an executed copy of the
Mortgage Modification Agreement was recorded in the Public
Records of Indian River, Martin and St. Lucie Counties, as
