WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Florida Inland Navigation District through a Project Agreement, in the amount of
$40,000, as funding for the construction of a Boat Ramp and Canoe /Kayak Launch at Little Mud Creek.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 20`h day of July, 2010, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2009-2010, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
