All conditions, restrictions, limitations, right-of-way common to the subdivision and ;~tility and drainage easements of record common to or reserved in the subdivision plat or which may be place of record by Sponsor prior to the closing of this transaction; 6. An Easement granted to Florida PoWer and Light Company, dated May 17, 1965 and recorded in Official Records Book 118, Page 332 of the Public Records of Brevard Cou~«y.
