PETITIONER, as personal representative of the estate, ~
alleges;
1, The decedent, GENEVA GILLERSON GIBSON, a residen~ of .
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, died on October 20, 1984,
~
and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on January ~
5, 198S.
2. Petitioner files herewith either a Final Accounting
containing a complete report of a1i cash and property transactions ~
~
and of all receipts and disbursements since the commencement of ~
administration of this estate, or since the date of the last accounting
filed herein, if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons, ~
other that Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final accounting. ~
~
3. Petitioner has fully adrninistered this estate by making i
i
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims that were ~
presented, and paying or making provision for the payment of ~
all taxes and exnenses of administration.

. 4. The amount of compensation paid or to be paid to the
persona~ representative, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or other
agents employed by the personal representative is set forth in
Exhibit A attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed aI1 required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
of ~he State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with with
Court evidence of the satisfaction of ~his estate's obligations
for both federai and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule attached
