deceased, the Court finding that the estate has been properly dis-
tributed, that claims of creditors have been paid or otherwise
disposed of, that the ta~ imposed by Chapter 198 of the Florida
Statutes, if any, has been paid, and that the Personal Representative
should be discharged, it therefore is
ADJUDGED that the Personal Representative is discharged,
and the surety on the Personal Representative's bond, if any, is
released from further liability.
