appeared MARTHA B. WAKSHLAG, who being by me first duly sworn, ~
deposes an3 says:
1. That Affiant's name is MARTHA B. WAKSHLAG. ~
2. That Affiant is the daugther of Consuelo Del Pozo Brocq.
3. That Consuel.o Del Pozo Brocq was the owner of the
f~llowing described Yeal property and ~hat she transferred said ,
real property to Juan Dei Pozo by Quit-Claim Deed dated December ~
31, 1984 and recorded January 25, 1985 in Official Records Book °
454, Page 1260 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 22 and 23, Block 2026 of Port St.
Lucie, Section 22, a Subdivision according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
13 at Page 28, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That during the period while Consuelo Del Pozo Brocq
was the owner of t~xe above described real property, said property
was vacant Iand.
4. That neither Consuelo Del Pozo Brocq nor any of her family
resided upon said real property nor upon real property contiguous
with the subject real property described above.
5. FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
