SPIELER and GREGG SPISLER, as Trustees under that certain

and do hereby sell, transfer and set over as to the said

and being situate in the State of Florida and the notes secured
thereby including accrued interest, all as more particularly
set forth and described in Exhibit attachsd.
Tp HAVE AND TO HOLD unto said Assignees, their
successors and assigns forever. The Assignees, as Trustees,
~ shall have full power and authority to protect, conserve, sell, ~
~ assign, transfer, encumber or otherwise manage and dispose of ~
said mortgages and notes and the propert~ies described therein.
