KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Florida National Bank, National Banking Association
the beneficiary of that certain Assignment of a Conditional
Leases, Rents and Profits dated March 7th, 1985 and recorded in
Official Records Book 458, page 1109, St. Lucie County, ~yj
Florida, public records, hereby acknowledges and releases
Homecenter of Port St Lucie, a~oint Venture from the ~
provisions of the aforesaid Assignment and further acknowled- ~
z
ges that payment in full of that certain Conditional Assign- ;
ment of Leases, Rents and Profits in the original an~unt
of $200,000.00. " .
