AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard this 31st day of
December, 1985 on the Petitioner's Petition for Dissolution of
Ma~riage and the Petitioner and Respondent having been present,
and the Respondent having filed a Waiver & Answer and both
parties having filed a Consent for Custody to the paternal
grandmother and the Court having heard the testimony of the
Petitioner and Respondent, theref4re it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE - That the marriage
between the Petitioner and Respondent is hereby dissolved.

2. RESIDENCY The Petitioner is a bona fide resident
~ of and has continuously lived in the State of Florida for more

q than six months prior to the commencement af this action. -

E 3. PROCESS - The Respondent signed a waiver and

~ consent to the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and this was
~
; properly entered by the Clerk of this Court.

` 4. JURISDICTION - This Court has jurisdiction of the

~

~ parties and the subject matter of this action.
5. JOINT PROPERTY OWNED - There is no joint property
owned by the parties.
I 6. CHILDREN OF THE PARTIES - There are two children of
~ the parties, CLAVON DEON JONES, born April 22, 1982 and TEVIELLE

~ MARTRICE JOIvES, born January 10, 1984.
