granting custody of the children to the paternal grandmother. In
open Court, both Petitioner and Respondent agreed that they
should have joint custody of the minor children, but that the
primary physical custody of the minor children shall vest with
the Respondent, BRENDA LEE JONES.
7. CHILD SUPPORT - The Petitioner shall pay through
the Clerk of this Court child support, beginning January 1, 1986,
in the amount of $200.00 per month for the support of the minor
childre~ of the parties. All payments shall be made through the
Clerk of Court along with the 3~ statutory fee for a total amount
of $206.00 per month. Al1 payments are to be mailed to the Clerk
of Court at Child Support Division, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33454. The Clerk shall promptly forward the payments to
the Respondent, BRENDA LEE JONES at 210 North 21st Street, Apt.
B, ~`ort P ierce , Florida . Payments are to made by cash or money oreier.
8. Should the Petitioner become delinquent in paying
the child support, by further order of this Court the Clerk shall
summon the Petitioner to appear and give a sworn statment as to
his current employment status and source of income. Petitioner
may be summoned by sheriff service or by registered mail, return
receipt requested, and the cost thereof shall be reimbursed by I
; the Petitioner. Failure to appear before the Clerk after being
properly summoned, shall be deemed in contempt of Court

! It is further Ordered that should the Petitioner become

~ more than 3~ days delinquent, the Clerk shall promptly apply for

~ an order of income deduction, if appropriata, or enforce the
~
~
~ terms of this order by any civil or criminal remedies available by

~ law.

~ 9. Both parties are to keep the Clerk of this Court

~ advised of their respective addresses at all times.
` 10. This Court further retains jurisdiction of this
~ rczatter to enter further Orders, consistent with the rulings
