ORDERED AND ADJUDGED pursuant to Section 443.051, Florida Statutes (1982
Supp.) and Section 462(e) of Title IV-A of the Social Security Act that the Department ~
of Labor and Employment Security shall deduct and withhold from the Unemployment
Compensation otherwise payable to the Respondent 50X of the Unemployment Compensation
or the amount of child support as ordered above Whichever equals the greater amount but
does not exceed the couxt ordered support amnunt. This Unemployment Compensation '
deduction order shall be in addition to, not in lieu of, all other remedied provided ~
herein or hereafter. It is fur~her '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this order of comtempt does not annul any prior
order(s) of contempt or order(s) relating to support arrearages. Said prior orders '
shall remain in full force and effect until further order of this court. it is iurther ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent/Payor shall promptly notify the Clerk of
Court of all changes in his or her mailing and residence, and all changes in the name
and address of his or her employer. ~
