9. That pursuant to Section 443.051, F. S. (1982 Supp.), and Section 462(e) of ~
the Title IV-A af the Social Security Act that the Department of Labor and Employment
Security shall deduct and withhold from the Unemployment Compensation otherwise payable ~
to the Defendant SOX of the Unemployment Compensatian or the amouat of child support as ~
ordered above vhichever equals the greater amount but does not excEed the court ordered ~
support amount.
10. Additionally, it is further ordered that the Respondent/Payor shall ~
promptly notify the Clerk of Court of all changes in his or her mailing and residence, ~
and all hanges in the name and address of his or her employer.
