IRMA B. PURDY , who, being first duly sworn,
deposes and says:
1. That she and her husband, FRED B. PURDY ,
were the owners of the following described property. to-witt:
Lot 5, Block 12, Replat of a Portion of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE
UNIT TWO, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Piat
Book 12, Page 45 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That she and the said FRED B. PURDY were
married prior to November 29, 1968 and said marriage continued
without interruption until June 15, 1985 , the date of his
death.
