ARMS LENGTH AFFIDAVIT

I, IRMA B. PURDY, after being first duly sworn on oath, depose
and say that the below described property, which was jointly owned
by my husband, FRED PURDY, and me at the time of his death, is
now the subject of sale to ROGER B. POGUE and JOYCE E. POGUE, husband
and wife.
The sale was arranged by C. ED FESSEL REALTY, INC. and the
purchase/sales price represents full and adequate consideration for
the property.
I am not related to and do not know the above purchasers and have
yet to even meet them.
The transaction is an arms length transa~ation between the Buyers
and me.
This affidavit is made with reference to the following described
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 5, Block 12, Replat o£ a Portion of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE
UNIT TWO, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 12, Page 45 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
