20. Leader i~ Poaatiou. Upon accelecation under paragnph 19 or abandonment of the Property. Lender (by
judicially appointed receiver) shall be entitled to rnter upon, take possession of and manage the Prop~rty and to collect the
rcnts of the Property including those past due. Any rrnts collected by Lender or the receiver shall be applied first to
paymrnt of the costs of management of the Property and collxtion of nnts. including. but not limit~d to, receiver's fecs,
premi~ns on raxiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' foes, and then to the sums sccured by this Security Instrument.
21. Relau. Upon payment of all sums stcurod by this Security Instrument. Lender shall release this Security ~
Instrument without charge to 8orcower. Borrower shaU pay any recordation costs.
