MORTGAGE NOTE

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I promise to pay to the order of MORRIS GORDON
and PEARL L. GORDON, his wife, the principal swn of FIF'TY THOUSAND AND
NO HUNDREDTHS_____________________.._________---_--_--- Dollars ($50,000.00 ~
with interest frou? date at ttie rate of TEN per centum (10.008 )
per annwa on the unpaid balance until paid. The said principal and interest •
shall be paYable at 4990 Schumann Drive~ Las Veqas, Nevada 89102 or such
other place as the holder he~eof may designa~Le in writing, in monthly
installments of FIVE HUNpREp THIRTY SEVEN AND 31/100 DOLLARS ($537.31),
commencing on the 4th day of April, 1986, and on the same day of each
succee~ing month thereafter until the prlncipal and interest are fully paid.
Said monthly installments shall first be applied to interest accruing on
the amounts remaining froon ti~e to time unpaid and the remainder to principal.
In the event of the continuation of any default in the payment of
any installment of the principal hereof, or interest hereon, for a period af
Thirty (30) days, the holder hereof may elect to declare, and declare the
entire unpaid aiaount hereof, and the interest then accrued, immediately
due arad payable. The makers and endorsers of this note further agree to
waive demand, notice of non-payment an3 protest, and in case suit shall be
brouqht for the collection hereof, or the same has to be collpcted upon demand
of an attorney, to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's
fees for making such collection.
When in default, this obligation shall bear interpst at the rate of
THIRTEEN (13.00$) percent per annum in lieu of the rate hereinbefore
specified. Concurrently with the execution and delivery of this note, the
. undersigned has executed and delivered to MORRIS GORDON and PEARL L.
GORDON, his wife, a note in the original principal amount of S 35,000.00
- and a default in the terms of either notes is a default in the terms of
both notes.
This note is secured by a mortgage of even date herewith, and in the
same prir~ipal amount as herein stated, encumbering real e~tate in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida.
This note may be prepaid in whole or in part at any time without
