laim a Lien in favor of Islar.d Beach Club Condominium against
the following described real property in St.LUcieCounty, Florida:
Condominium Unit 407 Tsland Beach Club Condominium according
to the Declaration of Condominium zecorded at Official Recortls
Book 343,pg.732-800, as amended,st.LucieCounty, Florida public
records.
he name of the record owner(s) of said real property are:
Lou Manzella and/or pom Marzano
and the amounts due and owing are as follows:
delinquent condominium fees, with interest to 3/1/86 $650.66
plus attorney`s fees for lien, Court costs and
certified mail 88.74
$739.40
(plus interest from 3/1/86)
This Claim flf Lien shall include interest on the abov~ total

sums of money accruing at the "highest legal rate from the date due
until paid" and reasonable attarney's fees incurred by the said
ssociation, together with the continuing obligation to pay monthly
assessments and interest on mon~es due, and attorney's fees for the

, collection thereof. This Claim of Lien is filed this date with the
