ORDER
This Cause having come on before this Court
of the 24th day of February, 1986, on the Wife's Petition for
Temporary Relief, and the Court having heard the testimony of
the parties, the arguments of Counsel, and being otherwise
advised in the premises, it is hereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
, 1.The Wife, ANITA DIXON, shall have the temporart custody
of the minor children, VIRGIL DIXON a:~d BARBIE DIXON, sub~ect to
the Husband's unlimited rights of visitation.
2. The Husband shall pay to the Wife, as support for the
minor children, the sum of $150.OQ each week, commencing Friday,

February 28, 1986, and continuing until further order of this Court.
' Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Caurt and
I
; by him remitted promptly to the [Jife. In addition , there is
f
hereby assessed the 3x statutory cost to be added to each payment
j made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
~
~ order or cashier's check. Both parties are Ordered to keep the
[
` Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
~
j at all times while this Order is in effect.

' 3. The wife, ANITA DIXON, is hereby awarded the temporary
€ exclusive use and posses~ion of the marital home located at
~

' 3503 Sloan Rd., Ft. Pierce, Florida, ar.3 the Husband, if he has '
not done sQ already, shall immediately vacate the marital ho:ne.
4. The Wife shall have the exclusive use and possession of
the 1982 Cadillac Cim~aron and the Husband shall have the exclusive
use and possession of the 1984 Chevrolet Pick un Truck.
; 5. Neither party shall destroy, dispose of, or in any way
