THIS CAUSE having come onto.be heard upon the Rule to
Show Cause this 21st day of February, 1986, and the Respondent,
MICHAEL J. TAOMAS, having not appeared before this Court to offer
an explanation as to why he has violated the terms of this Court's
previous Order, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as £ollows:
1. That the Respondent, MICAAEL J. THOMAS, be and the
same is hereby found to be in contempt of this Court for his
failure to provide reasonable notice to the former wife as to his
intentions to remove himself and the minor chilQren from the State
of Florida.
~ 2. The Respondent is hereby ordered to serve a term in
the St. Lucie County Jail of thirty (30) days. Said thirty (30)

day period to be purged by the Respondent providing to the former
:

` wife, her reasonable visitation and returning himself and the

~ minar children to the State of Florida.

~ 3. During the period of incarceration, the former wife,
~
¢ PATRICIA CYRUS THOMAS, now PATRICIA CYRUS REHEISER, shall be give

} the temporary custody of said minor children, to be redelivered t
~ the husband, at such time as he completed his term in the St.

` Lucie County Jail. ' ~

4. The respective law enforcement agencies of the Stat ~
of Florida are hereby ordered, instructed and directed to ~

apprehend tt~e said MICHAEL J. T80MAS and cause him to be brought
