provided that simultaneously with this joinder, the Mortgagor
pays to the Mortgagees the releas~ price above stipulated
covering any lands that are dedicated or that are the subject
matter of any easements.
3. This modification is made on the express agreement and
understanding that all other provisions of said original Note and
Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect save and except as
modified by tnis Agreement.
4. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to impair
the security of Mortgagees under the aforementioned Mortgage.
5. This Agreement has been executed in duplicate, each of
which sha11 be considered an original.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed these
presents or caused to be executed these presents by their
appropriate officers, in duplicate, the day and year first above
written.
