this Mortgage. Borrower shall pay all costs of rec~rdation, if any.
20. letenst Ratr aiter Jud=men1. Borrower agrecs that the intsrest rate payable after a judgment is entered on the amounts
owed under the Agreement or in an action o!' mortgage foreclosure shall be ths rate in effect under the Agreement.
21. Attoreey's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorney's fets" shall include attorney's fees, if any, which
may be awarded by an appeilat~ court.
