The Section entitled "NOTICE: TMIS MORTGAGE/DEED OF TRUST/OEEO
TO SECURE DE6T SECURES AN AGREEMENY NHICH CONTAINS A PROVi5I0N
ALLONING FOR CHANGES IN THE INTEREST RATE" is amended as folloas:
"The interest rate Nill be 5.25 percentage points above

8ills (rounded up to the nearest 1/8th {0.125~)) established at
the fourth +,reekly auction v+hich ~akes place in the caler~dar month
imnediately preceding the month in at~ich the first day of the
billing cycle occurs. Such rate is published in The Wall Street
• Journal.

Each change in the interest rate will apply to any principai
balance outstanding on the effective da~e af such change as r+ell

paymen~.due pursuant to the Agree~nt. Lender reserves the
