IN FORECLOSURE
THIS CAUSE was heard on Plaintil~'s Motion for Final Judqment.
The Court, havinq reviewed the pleadinqs~ and affidavits filed
herein, and being otherwise fully adviBed in the premises, now finds
as follows:
1. Plaintiif is entitled to maintain this action and the
Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter and the parties hereto.
2. The defaults heretofore entered in this causa against the
Defendants named therein are ratified rnd confirmed; Plaintiff is
entitl~sd tQ a Final Judqment in Foreclosura aqainst Defend~rcts ALAN
R. JOHNSON and CHRISTIN JOHNSON,~his wife.
3. Defendants ALAN K. JOHNSON and CHRISrIN JOHNSON, hie
wife, have defaulted in the payment of the sums required to be paid
under the Note and Mortqaqe which are the suhject matter of this
action, and Plaintiff is entitled to the fc+reclosure of said
Mortgager the sal~ of the subject premises and t~e payment Qf all
sums due it.
4. There are now due and owing to Piaintiff the followinq
sums:
