Florida corgorati~on ~hereinafter cal2.ed the "Developer") , hereby
certifies as follows:
A. The original Declaration of Condominium (the "Declara-
tion") of TS13 PRINCBSS, A CONDOMINIUM, tcgether with all. exhibit~
; thereto, was recorded 28 , 198 4, in Official Record
Book 444 , Page 998, o t e Pu 1 c Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
B. The Declaration provides, in Section 6.2 thereof, for
amendment of the Declaration by action of the Developer alune.
C. A~cordingly, Developer hereby amends the Declaration
a$ follows (hyphenated words indicating_deletions and underlined
words indicating additions as required in Section 718.110(1)(b),
Flarida Statutes):
1. The Title of the Declaration is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"DECLARATION OF THE PR~NeBB6 MAJSSTIC OF
JBNS$N BEACH, A CONDOMINIOM"
2. The first paragraph o£ the Declaration is hereby
amended to read as fcllows:
"THB ~~~Ne~sa MAJBSTIC DEVBLOPMENT CORPORA-
TION OF JSNS$N BSACE, INC., a Florida corpo-
ration (hereinafter called the "Developer"),
does hereby declare as follows:"
3. Section 1.3 of the Declaration is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Name. The name by which this conc~ominium
~ is to be identified is "TH$ ~tt~N@H66 MAJES-
. TIC OF SENSEN BSACH, A CONDOMINIt1M" (herein-
af ter called the "Condom~nium").°
4. Section 2.3 of the Deciarati~n i~ hereby am~nded to
read as follows:

means THE PRiN@$66 MAJESTIC C~NDOMINIUI~€
ASSOCIATION OF JENSEN BEACH, IAIC., a not for ~
~rofit Florida corgoration, the entity re-
sponsible for the operation of the Condo-
