A corporation not for profit organized under
the laws of the State of Florida."
3. Section 1 of the By-Laws is hereby amended as folloWS:
"Identity. These are the By-Laws of TH$
Pit~I~i@~88 MAJESTIC CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF
JBNSEN BBACH, INC. (the "Association"), a
corporation not for profit incorporat~d
under the laws of the State ~f Florida, and
organized for the purpose of administering
that certain condominium located in St.
Lucie County, Fiorida and known as THE P~~N-
P,H88 MA.TSSTIC OF JSNSEN BEACH, A CONDOMINIUM
I (the Cor~dominium")."
4. The last paragraph of the By-Laws is hereby amended as

"The foregoing was adopted as the By-Laws of

TION OF JSNSEN BE~CH, INC., a corporation
not for profit under the laws of the State
of Florida, on the 2nd day of Nov~anber, 198 4." ~
