acknowledged, hereby gives, grants, sells and conveys to PERRY CABLE
N CORP. , a Fiorida co~po~ation, its agents, succesaors and assigns
(Grantee), a non-exclusive ease.rent throughout the following described ~
property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: , 5

All Commo~ E=ements of Midport Place II, -a Condominium, according to
the Declaration of Condominium, ~ecorded in O.R. Book 461, Pages 1184
through 1288 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Such easement shall be for the location, placement, replacement and
maintenance of all wires, cables, amp{ifiers, terminal boxes and any other
electrical equipment or personal property of the Grantee, its successors or
assigns, required or useful for providing cable teievision services
tfiroughout the property described above.
~ AND the said G~antor further as an incident to the said easement .
~ gives and grants permission and authority to said Grantee, its successors

and assigns, upon reasonable request, to enter upon Yhe above described
property for the maintenance and ~epair of any equipment located therein.
