CONSENT
OF THE BOARQ OF DIRECTORS OF
MIDPORT PLACE 11 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, fNC.
(a Florida corporation not for profit)
The undersigned Di~ecto~s of Midport Place II Condominium
As3ociation, Inc., pursuant to Section 601.13~ of the Florida Corporation
Lavv and Article 4 of the By-Laws of the Association, hereby consent to the
fotlowing:
GRANT OF EASEMENT
RESOLVED, That the President or Vice President of this Association is
empowe~ed to grant a non-exclusive easement fo~ all the Cammon Properties
of the Association to ths Perry Cable TV, i nc. , to-wit:
Tract_ B in PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION SIXTY FIVE, a subdivision
acca~ding to the plat thereof, as recorded i~ Plat Boak 23 at Page 39
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, according to the
' Decla~afion of Condomi~ium, recorded in -O. R. Book 4C1, Pages 1184
through 1288 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the P~esident or Vice P~esident, as well as
other appropriate officers of this Association, are empowered to execute any
and all documents, and/or instruments, to effect the purposes of the abeve
Resolution .
This Consent shall be filed with the minutes of the Boa~d of Directors
of Midport Place II Condominium Association, Inc., (a Florida corporation
' not fo~• profit) .
