Petitioner, as personal representativ~ of the above eatate, alleges: ~ ~
1. The clecedent, ~~GE GILLI~AN -
a resident of St. Lucie County , died on August 13 ~ lg 85 ~
and Letters of Adminiatration were issued to Petitioner oa Segtemhpr 18 ,19 ~5. .
2. Petitioner files herewith either a Final ~iccounting containing a complete report of aU
cash and property transactions and of all receipts and diabursements since the commencement of
adminiatration of this estate, or since the date of the•last accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers signed
by all interested person~, other thaa Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final acoounting.
3. Petitioner has fuUy administ ~-ed this estate by making payment, settlement, or other
dispositiQn of all claims that were presented, and i~y paying or making p~ovision for the paym~nt of all
taxes and expenses of administration.
4~. The amount of compensation paid or to be paid to the persona! representative, attorneys,
accountants, appraisers or other agents employed by the personal.representative is set forth in Exhibit A
attached hereto.
5. Petitioner haa filed all required estate tax returns with the Intemal R.evenue Service and
with the Department of Reve~ue of the State of Florida, and has obtained aad filed with this court
evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obli~ations fo: both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.

6. PeCitianer hag rnade or proposes to make distribution of t6e assets of this estate as set
