Wills and Cadicils and declare this to be my Last W'i:l.
ARTICLB I .
I direct the payment of my fune*al expense~, administration expenses " -
and legal debts as provided by law.
My pecsonal Representative shal! pay from the r~idue of my estate,
all Federal Estate Taxes, ail st~te inheritance taxes, and any other taxes
imposed es the result of my dea~h, together'• with any interest and penalties
thereon, whether a not the assets on which the taxes ere imposed are a part
of my probate estate. However, na such taxes shall be paid from my estate
that result from the inclusion of property over which I have a power of ~
appointment and which does not become a part of my estate and prope.~ty in 1
which I had a qualifying income interest foc life under IRC 2056 (b) nor ~
shall any te~xes be paid on a gen~ration-skipPing transf er of which I am the
~ "deemed transferor" as defined in Chapter 13 of the Internal Revenue Code
t of 1954, as amended. My Personal ~tepresentative shall have no duty to secure
! reimbur~ement to rny estate from anyone for taxes so paid. My Pscsonal
` Representative may mak~ such elections under tax laws a~ it deems advisable.

~ ARTICLE II
If my wife, ETHEL M. MOWRY, survives me, I give to he~ my
interest in our residence(s), including seasonal dwellings, with aIl contents,
furniture, tooLs, equipment and furnishings all automobiles; all other items of
~ tangible personal belongings; and all policies of insurance ins~ing the foregoing
~
~ against lo8s or ir~suring the owner against lia~ility. • ~
