Greenbush, Caunty of Rensselaer and State of New York, being
of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby rev4ke all
Wills and Codicils artd all oth~r instruments of a testamentary
nature heretofore ~~~ade by me. and do hereby make, publish and
deciare this to be my LAST WILL AND TES~~MENT, in the manner
ar~d form as follo~s:
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after
; the time of my decease.
~ SECOND: I give and bequeath all my shares of stock in the
Chase Manhattan Bank, to my daughter, KAY S. IACOSS.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,

i may die seized ar passessed, I giv~, devise and bequeath unto
my husband; FLOYD L. SPRINGSTEEN, to be his absolutely and forever.
~ FOURTH; In the event my said husband, FLOYD L. SPRINGSTEEN,
should predecease me, or in the event that aur deaths should
uccur simuitaneous~y, or approximately s~, or in the same
common accident ar calamity, or under any circumstances c~~~
doubt as to which of us survived the other, anQ that the order
of our deaths cannot be ascertained with reasonably certainty,

then and in any such events, I give as follor~s:
