KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, ~
N. Richard Schopp, attorney of record for the Plaintiff in
the above-styled cause, wherein a judgment was rendered on
the 22d day of November, 1985, in the above-named court for
$180,633.65, and interest thereon against T.B.G. TAURUS
EQUITIES, INCORPORATED, the defendant therein, said judgment
being duly recorded in the minutes of said court in Official
Record Book 484, page 948, and a certified copy thereof
having been recorded in Official Record Book 492, page 1832,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for and
in consideration of $16,OQ0.00, lawf ul money in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknow?edged, does hereby release
said judgment lien created thereby from the following real
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 7 of Sheen's Map of White City, on file in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida in Section 3,
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, lying and situated in St.
Lucie County, Florida, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book page 23 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said attorney of record has caused
these presents to be executed this 8th day of April, 1986.
