AN ORDER GRANTING MINOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL
PROJECT TO BE KNOWN AS K & J RENTAL
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Community Developme
reviewed the application for site plan approval submitted b
Construction Company, reviewed the comments of the St.
Development Review Committee on this application, and mad
determinations:
An 8,000 square,foot facility has been proposed for ti

The Development[ Review Committee has reviewed
the proposed project and found it to meet technical

The approvals and authorizations granted by this Resolution
of obtaining building permits on this property, shall expire on
