under that certain Claim of Lien, recorded in Official Records

dated August 23, 1982 and that certain Amended Claim of Lien
recorded in U. R. Book ~62, Page 1577, St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records, dated April 23, 1985 against MARGARET •
ANN BRUHN, for unpaid assessments and interest thereof,
