appliances and the air conditioning unit serving said Unit,
and all common elements and common property appurtenant

from the lien and operation of a Mortgage from VISTA PRnPERTIES
k'EST, INC., a Florida corporation to GATES DON LEE, INC., dated
December 20, 1983 and recorded January 9, 1984 in Official
Record Book 420, Page 2793, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
