WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Community Developme~
reviewed the application for site plan approval submitted by Culpepp,
Inc., reviewed the comments of the St. Lucie County Develo
Committee on this application, and made the following determinati(

B.L. Network is an existing 10,000 square foot pool
proposing to add 7,000 square feet of building sp.

The certificate of capacity, issued through Administrative Order CD-95-006,
shall be valid for the same period as this order. If this orfder expires or
otherwise terminates, the certificate of capacity shall automati, ;ally terminate.
A copy of this amended Development Order shall be maile(
requested to the developer and agent of record as identified
applications.
A copy of this amended Development Order shall be attache(
drawings described in Part B, which plan shall be on file wit
