The SHERIFF's DEPARTMENT OF ST. LUCZE COUNTY, Florida,

seized the above-described property and other property on ~he
26th day of March, 1986, and will appear before the Honorable
WILLIAM L. HENDRY , Judge of the Circuit Court, Nineteenth
Judicial Circuit, on the 16th day of June , 19 86 ,
at 4:00 P M., for the purpose of filing a Rule to Show Cause
why the above-described property should not be forfeited to the
use of, or to be sold by, the SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, Florida, upon producing due proof that same was used in
violation of Florida laws dealing with contraband, all pursuant
to §932.701-704, Florida Statutes (1985). If no claimants
appear, a request will be made for an immediate hearing and Final
Order of Forfeizure.
