ONE 1978 4-DOOR PLYMOUTH HORIZON, GREY IN COLOR, WEST
VIRGINIA TAG N0. 1GC-286, VIN ML44A8D150976.
The SHERIFF's DEPARTMENT OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Florida,
seized the above-described property and other property on the
26th day of February, 1986, and will appear before the Honorable
WILLIAM L. HENDRY , Judge of the Circuit Court, Nineteenth
Judicial Circuit, on the 16th day of June , 19 $6 ,
at 4•00 P. M., for the purpose of filing a Rule to Show Cause
why the above-described property should not be forfeited to the
use of, or to be sold b_y, the SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, Florida, upon producing due proof that same was used in
violation of Florida laws dealing with contraband, all pursuant
to §932.701-704, Florida Statutes (1985). If no claimants
appear, a request wi11 be made for an immediate hearing and Final
Order of Forfeiture.
