FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the Plaintiff's Motion
to Set Cause for Final Heariag, and the Court finding that the parties have
previously entered into a Stipulation for Settlement dated December 14,
1484, and the Court further finding that the Defendant, CHARLES ROSS, has
breached the Stipulation for Settlement bq failing to make a;750.00 payment
to the Plaintiff due March 14, 1985 and a subsequent payment of ;750.00 due
to the Plaintiff on ,Tune 14, 1985. Based upon the foregoing, it is,
ORDERED AND ADNDGED as follows:
1. That the Plaintiff, LEROY STEINBRINK, d/b/a STEINBRINR AUTO
~ PARTS, shall recover fram the Defendant, CHARLES ROSS, the seim of ~1,500.00
together with interest thereon from March 15, 1985 in the amount of ~205.15
for a total of ~1,705.15, FOR WHICH LET ERECU`TION ISSUE.
