THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the motion of GORHAM
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY for partial summary final judgment against
Defendant CURRENT BUILDERS, INC., and summary final judgment against
Defendant LUMBERMEN'S MUTUAL CASUALTY COMPANY, and this Court having
heard argument of counsel, havinq reviewed the file, and otherwise
being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motion of GORHAM CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY for partial summary final judgment against Defendant CURRENT
