THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on various motions of the
parties to strike, dismiss and amend, and this Court having heard
the argument of counsel and being otherwise fully informed and
advised in the premises herein, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion To Strike Affirmative Defenses f iled by
SUNRISE SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION is hereby granted, and the
