This cause coming on to be heard on Plaintiff's Prayer to
Compel Arbitration and Defendant's Motion to Strike, on April
28, 1986, and the Court being fully apprised in the premises, it
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
That Plaintiff's Prayer to Compel Arbitration is hereby
granted. Defendant, SAFECO II~iSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA, shall
have twenty days (20) from the date of this Order in which to
name its Arbitrator pursuant to the Florida Arbitration Code.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
That Defendant's Motion to Strike is hereby denied without
~ prejudice to refiling after the Arbitration is concluded.
