ALBRITTON, in their individual and representative ~ ~ ' capacities, Southland Corporation, J~RE WILLIAM TBOMPSON, in his capacity of president of SOUTHLAND CORPORATION, - Defe~dants. / ORDER THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before this Court on April 18, 1986 upon Defendant Southland Corporation's and Jere William Thompson's motion to dismiss, or in the alternative, motion to strike and for a more definate statement. The Court having considered said motion, pleadings and memorandums of law, having heard the argument of counsel, and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that 1. The Plaintiffs disclose to the Defendant Southland Corporation, within 10 days of this order, the name and address of the Plaintiffs Jane Doe and John Doe. This order is without prejudice to Southland Corporation to raise this argument regarding disclosure of the Plaintiffs' names in the pleadings again at an appropriate time. 2. Plaintiffs agree to drop Jere William Thompson as a named Defendant, without prejudice to the Plaintiffs to rename said Jere William Thompson as the Defendant,at a later date.
