ORDER
This matter having come on for hearing on April 21, 1986,
at 11:30 A.M., on the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Fourth
Amended Complaint as to Defendant, GENERAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
C0. OF AMERICA, the Defendants' Motion to Co~pel Testimony from
Christian Searcy, the Defendants' Motion to Compel Production
of Documents from Romeo C. Baliton, and the Defendants' Motion
to Compel Production of Documents from Attorney Robert Montgomery
and the Court having heard argument of counsel and being other-
wise apprised of the law and facts, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss the Fourth
; Amended Complaint as to General Accident Insurance Co. of
America is denied. The Defendant, GENERAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
° C0. OF AMERICA is permitted twenty (20) days from the date of
~ the hearing to respond to the Plaintiff's Fourth Amended
Complaint.
2. The Defendants' Motion to Compel Production of Documents
from Attorney Robert Montgomery is denied. ~
~ 3. The Defendants' Motion to Compel Testimony from Attorney
~ Christian Searcy is denied.
4. The Defendants' N~otion to Compel Production of Documents
from Romeo C. Baliton is granted by consent. Those documents
