YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was inatituted by the above named
Plaintiff against the above named Defendants on the ~r day of May, 1986,
in the above entitled Court, involving the following described real property
situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel #310, ISLAND BEACH CLUB, a Condominium according to
the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official
Records Book 343, Page 732, and amended in Official Records Book 390,
Page 113, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together
with an undivided interest in the co~on elements appurtenant thereto
set forth in said Declaration.
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose that certain inden-
ture of mortgage dated August 12, 1983, from MICHAEL J. POPE, a married adult,
to HARBOR FIDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, which said indenture of mortgage
is recorded in 0. R. Book 410 at page 670 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
