A R~SOLUTION AMBNDING THS DECLARATION OF
CONDOMINIUM OF PATTI RI2Z0 PLAZA
ee it resolved that Article VIII~ Section e(2) of the
Declaration of Condominium of Pa tti Rizzo Plaza, recorded in
Official Record eook 432, Page 622, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, be amended by deleting the followi~g
two aentences:
The cost of such Work ahall not be assess~d against any
~ortgagee of Record that acquicea its title as the
result of owning a mortgage upon the Unit owned, unless
auch ~Wner shall approve the alteration or improvement,
and this ahall be ao whether the title is acquired by
deed from the mortgagor or throuqh for~c~osure
proceedings. The share of any cost not so assessed
ahall be assessed to the other Unit Owners in the
shares that their shares in the Common Elements bear to
each other.
