A RESOLUTION AMBNDING THB DBCLARATION OF
CONDOMINIUM OF PATTI RIZZO PLAZA
ee it resolved that Article XYIII, ~ection D of the
Ceclaration of Condominium of Pa tti Rizzo Plaza~ recorded in
Official Record Book 432, Page 622, of the Public Records of
S t. Lucie County• Florida, be amended by deleting the second
paragraph of such Section and replacing it with the following
sentence:
Notices ta the Developer shall be delivered by hand or
mail to 3001 Johnaton Road, Fort Pierce~ Florida 33451.
