MINOR SITE PLAN KNOWN AS CLARIDGE BY TH[
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Community Developmer
reviewed the application for site plan approval submitted by Thc
Associates, Inc., reviewed the comments of the St. Lucie Count~
Review Committee on this application, and made the following detE
Claridge by the Sea is a 21-unit, 100 foot high, high-ris~
proposed for a 2.79 acre parcel of property.
The Development Review Committee has reviewed
the proposed project and found it to meet technical
the Land Development Code and to be consistent wi1
