NOTB AND HORTGAGB MODIFICATION AGxgBMENT
This Agreeuent aade this 3rd day of May, 1985, between
JOHN A. WILLBY and DOROTBY C. WILLEY, his wife (Mortgagor), and
NORTH ItIDGE BANR, a Florida banking corporation (Mortgagee).
W I. T N B S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed that certain Mortgage Note
dated May 3, 1983 in favor of Mortgagee in the principal anount
of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX THOUSAND ($136,000.00) DOLLARS, which
Note is hereinafter referred to ss Mortgage Note; and
WHSREAS, Nortgagor executed that certain Kortgage dated
May 3, 1983 and recorded in Official Records Book 400, page 2297,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in favor of
Mortgagee, Which Mortgage secures that Mortgage Note; and
WHEREAS, said Mortgage encumbers the real property
described as:
The East 90 feet of the North 200 feet of the
~Test 205 feet of the East 720 feet of the N 1/ 2
of Lots 13, 14 and 15, J.I.KELLEM'S SUBDIVISION
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, page 85 of
the public records of St.Lucie County, Florida.
