N01i THSRBFORB, in conaideration of the sutual pronisea and j
covenants herein contalned, the partiee agree as followa:
1. That certain Mortgage Note dated May 3. 1983 and that
certain Mortgage dated Nay 3, 1983 and recorded in Official
Recorda Book 400, page 2297, public recorda of St. Lucie County,
Florida, are sodified as follovs:
A. Interest rate shall be changed froa 13X fixed to
One Percent above Chase Manhattan Prime Rate, ad~usted daily as
changes occur.
B. Fifty- nine (59) paynenta of $645.50 principal,
plua interest, will be ~ade nonthly, beginning June 3, 1986.
and continuing on the 3rd day of each aonth thereafter.
C. Maturity date of the loan is Maq 3, 1991.
2. All of the terms and conditiona of the above described
Note and Kortgage shall apply as modified herein to the same
extent as if said modifications had been made at the time of the
execution of said mortgage.
' 3. The above Mortgage and Note as modified shall redain
in full force and effect.
~ 4. This Agreement ia obligatory on the parties hereto,
their successors and assigns. .
