the Mortgagee, for good and valuable considerations, does hereby
release, quit-claim and discharge the following property:

dated September 29, 1982 and recorded October l, 1982 in
Official Recorr] Book 384, Pege 2840, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, as amended; TOGETHER with all
appliances and the air conditioning unit serving said Unit,
and all common elements and common property appurtenant
